1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the petitioner no.2 has antecedent of two cases. It is next submitted that Vinay Singh had approached this court by filing Cr. Misc. No.24437/2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 26.07.2024. It is next submitted that petitioners are wife and son of Vinay Singh and their case is on a much better

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24121 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 footing thus seeks anticipatory bail based on parity. It is also submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to Vinay Singh, this court had considered the case on its merit.

4. Learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that Vinay Singh has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.193/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
