2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 140(3), 65(1), 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and under Section 3(1)(i), 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s), 3(i)(w)(i), 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl recorded in the case diary, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship. The petitioner is in jail since 7.7.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge-POCSO-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.
