The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section147/148/149/341/323/324/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 16 accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and his brother when one Narayan Yadav came to rescue, he was also assaulted by the accused persons. It is specifically alleged against these petitioners to have assaulted the brother of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury on the brother of the informant has been found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence also and in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36376 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Karjan P.S. Case No.32 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
