Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. (PMLA) 04 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 02.12.2019 and 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 50340 of 2019 and 12425 of 2020 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. (PMLA) 04 of 2018 subject to the following conditions:
i) one of the sureties must be a close relative of the petitioner.
