It is also brought to our notice that an appeal filed by the appellant, namely, Rima Devi, who was the informant of the case, which gave rise to Cr. Appeal (DB) No.643 of 2014, against the present impugned judgment and order, has already been dismissed.

In view of above, it is clear that this appeal cannot
