Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Originally, this petitioner filed complaint case which was converted into present police case. However, in course of investigation, witnesses stated that petitioner also used to take commission from the main accused and on the basis of aforesaid statements, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016 and the investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33757 of 2016 (3) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012.
