Learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State is present and submitted that the matter is pending since 05.09.2018 wherein, F.I.R. was lodged on 14.03.2018 itself, under Sections 498A/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. It has further been submitted that it appears that the petitioner loosed his interest to prosecute with present case.

Considering the above, the present petition is being dismissed in want of prosecution.
