This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhadurpur P.S. Case No. 626 of 2022 registered under section 30(a), 32(i),(ii), 36, 40, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 543.42 litre foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19904 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 has clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Exclusive Special Judge-I (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with Bhadurpur P.S.
