The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Lodipur Case No. 06 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that these petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. Merely on the basis of suspicion, these petitioners have been implicated in this case, which would be evident from the case diary. In fact, these petitioners happen to be sister and Bahnoi of the deceased and live separately. They have no concern with the matrimonial dispute of the deceased and her husband. Even, no any witnesses have

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against these petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodhipur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
