This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 419, 420, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 41(1)(2) of the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.

The petitioner is the proprietor of the hospital wherein the wife of the informant was treated and allegation is of cheating.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
