The petitioners are in custody in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.146 of 2017, a case under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Husband of the victim of dowry death has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-4. The petitioners are father and brother of the husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57524 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Charpokhari Police Station Case No. 146 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
