That in this writ application petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to make payment of immovable assets like boundary wall, shed, and building constructed on the plot after making proper valuation before taking physical possession of plot and to restrain the respondent authorities not to take physical

Alternatively, the petitioner may be allowed to remove all the materials used in construction of boundary wall, shed and building from the plot in question."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
