The petitioner being the married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is killing the pregnant daughter of the informant after 10 months of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire family and the petitioner on the alleged date of occurrence was on her in-laws house. Case No. 96 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
