The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali (Purabsarai) P. S. Case No.351 of 2017 registered under Sections 461, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the offence and the allegation made in the first information report against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kotwali (Purabsarai) P. S. Case No.351 of 2017, G. R. No. 2634 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57348 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
