2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.116 of 2024, arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case No.301 of 2023 attributing offences under Section 304B & 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Vide order dated 20.09.2024, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 30.09.2024 has been sent by the learned A.D.J.-X, Nalanda at Biharsharif, which is at Flag 'R' to this application. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that the charge has been framed on 24.04.2024,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23042 of 2024(4) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 summonses has been issued against the witnesses and one witness has been examined.

4. Considering the report aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. However, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
