2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323. 324, 447, 307,504/34 IPC registered in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of past dispute. The present FIR has been instituted in retaliation to the petitioner's FIR in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 329/2018 (Annexure-2) filed a few days earlier in which the informant and his son were made accused. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the grievous nature of injury sustained by the informant as noticed in the order of the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19514 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
