The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.09.2019, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 31986 of 2019, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19256 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 petitioners could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bonds within the stipulated time.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 27.09.2019, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 31986 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
