09-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Y.C.Verma, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Dhaneshwar Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of Sri Sadanand Paswan, learned Special Public Prosecutor and Sri Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of informant, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioners may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.

No.34660 of 2016 (2) dt.09-09-2016 2/2 The petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, petitioners appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably on the same date.
It is made clear that this Court has not recorded any opinion on the merit of the case.
