The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 501/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come during his confessional statement recorded by the police. He is in custody since 24.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.57567 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 501/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
