1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.09.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.570 of 2016, the District Education Officer, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 18.03.2020 rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.
2. In view of the aforesaid, while disposing off the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the
Patna High Court MJC No.1054 of 2019(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 18.03.2020, if so advised, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
