2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34044 of 2019 whereby this Court was pleased to grant provisional bail to the petitioners with a direction that they shall refund the remaining amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- to the complainant in five equal monthly installments.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that some of the amount has already been deposited and for rest of the amount, petitioners seek further eight weeks' time.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, further eight weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to pay rest of the amount in favour of the complainant and move before the learned Trial Court for confirmation of their provisional bail.

5. Accordingly, order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34044 of 2019 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
