2. Heard Mr. Dilip Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for appointment to the petitioner on the post of Account Coordinator in Punpun Block, District-Patna as the petitioner has highest marks in total and/or pass such other order or
Patna High Court CWJC No.18707 of 2014(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 orders as your lordships may deem fit & proper."
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he was number one in the panel prepared for selection to the post of Account Co-ordinator but no appointment has been made. After some arguments, learned counsel submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to him to represent before the respondent no. 2.
5. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 2. If the same is done within one month from today, the Court expects that the same would be disposed of, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
