JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being the father in law of the petitioner has alleged that the petitioner snatched gold chain from his wife and assaulted. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of litigated relation the daughter of the informant filed case under section 498A IPC against the petitioner wherein the matter was settled on the basis of compromise when the petitioner transferred certain land in favour of the daughter of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35065 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 informant and thereafter the present case has been lodged. The petitioner is accused in two other cases filed earlier by the informant side.

Considering the nature of accusation and the relationship of the informant with the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No.594 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
