2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.491 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 126(2), 305, 174, 324(4), 308(2), 109 and 352 of the B.N.S., lodged on 30.09.2025 by the informant Umesh Sah.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 25.07.2025, the accused entered the house armed variously and after the order of Ajay Kumar, this petitioner gave iron rod blow on the head of the informant causing fracture in the wrist. As the family came to rescue, they too were assaulted. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to

5. In that background, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, files bail application, the court concerned shall consider the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
