The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from behind the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2019. The petitioner has got one identical criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17871 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Excise Case No.43 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
