2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation of firing a shot is specifically made against co-accused Deenbandhu Yadav.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the main assailant is against co-accused Deenbandhu Yadav who has demanded the money and also made the factual shot to the informant's son. Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.85 of 2007 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Purnia.
