Mr. Amitesh Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Though, huge quantity of liquor was recovered but the petitioners claim that nothing was recovered from their possession as they were apprehended while they were fleeing seeing the Police party.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57045 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Khajekalan Police Station Case No.242 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
