The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner have committed murder of the informant's father, namely, Sheo Narain Rajwar by fire arms.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.4.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35225 of 2016 (3) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State and the learned counsel for the informant, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. case No.29 of 2016.
