2. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc no. 45667 of 2022 vide order dated 12.04.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is under custody since 07.02.2020.

4. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, his bail application is rejected.

5. If the trial is not concluded within nine months without any plausible reason, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.
