This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 505(i)(c)and 505(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was spreading rumors to create communal disharmony.

Submission of the petitioner is that the actual rumor is not mentioned, hence, no case is made out against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 1160 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
