Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-325, 376 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and one other FIR named accused are said to have assaulted the informant and made attempt to commit rape upon her but learned counsel for the informant drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that simple injury was found on the person of the informant and as a matter of fact, the informant has lodged this false case with exaggerated story.
