Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol, one live cartridge and one empty cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 10.08.2017.
