2. A supplementary show-cause on behalf of the O.P. Nos. 4 to 6 has been filed today across the board.

Learned counsel for the State with reference to the statement made in the show-cause candidly submits that the family pension of the petitioner has been reinstated and he has already been paid family pension for the month of June, 2023. He further submits that so far the payment of arrears of family pension is concerned, the same is in the process at CPPC, Patna, and is likely to be paid within a short period.

4. In support of the aforesaid averments, a letter issued by the Chief Manager, State of Bank of India, dated 18.07.2023, has been brought on record.

5. The aforesaid contention has been accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
