The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Petitioner is driver of the tempo from which huge quantity of liquor was recovered.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barsoi (Kachna O.P.) P.S. Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57212 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ No.226 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
