Petitioner seeks bail in Barauli P.S. Case No.286 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 304-B, 201 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 28.06.2018. Husband of the petitioner is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57541 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S.
