The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016 registered under Section307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
