This is a petition for grant of anticipatory for offence under Section 364 of the Penal Code.
From the first information report, itself, it appears that there is only suspicion against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Mahnar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Abhishek, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
