The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 677 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is undergoing treatment as he has sustained bullet injuries and he is in custody since 14.12.2021. Considering the fact that the petitioner is undergoing treatment, he is directed to be released, on provisional bail for a period of six months from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 677 of 2021.
