2. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and apprehending their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 535 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 74, 353, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

3. The allegation against petitioners are to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21669 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/3 assault informant and others after criminals trespass to the house of informant and also abuse the informant and others during the course of occurrence. The allegation of outraging the modesty also available.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that allegation qua assault and abuse appears very much general and omnibus against petitioners. It is submitted that the allegation of outraging the modesty as per facial perusal of FIR not appears with sexual intent. Petitioners are said to be members of same family, where present occurrence took place out of local dispute and differences. While concluding argument, it is submitted that above named petitioners are men and women of clean antecedent. 5 Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation of outraging the modesty prima-facie not appears supported with sexual intent, accordingly above-named petitioners, in the event

No.21669 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 3/3 of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks of this order, are directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Danapur, Patna /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 535 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
