Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections- 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(ib)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. One mobile is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, when the petitioner along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
