Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Tandwa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014 registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the deceased made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Marriage was solemnized in the year 2010 but no complain was ever made. No specific allegation of torture is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation made in the petition and also the fact that petitioners are in-laws, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42443 of 2014 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Tandwa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
