2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2015 in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 303 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 365, 370, 120B, 370A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5 & 6 of the I.T.P.A. Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the child in question had been handed over to the informant and in any event the child in question was recovered very shortly after the occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons Kalahi Khatoon and another has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13484 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32841 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 303 of 2015.
