The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A)304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture and thereafter caused death of the victim due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19036 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 the victim. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R/complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 589 of 2016.
