The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1078 (c) of 2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Government servant. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
