The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 304 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the first information report which was instituted after being referred under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also the fact that four other co-accused, namely, Rajiv Ranjan, Smt. Indu Ranjan, Binay Kumar @ B. Kr. and Smt. Bindu Rani have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57489 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S.
