2. The petitioner and one Punita Kumari @ Punita Devi were granted bail vide order dated 25.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 6691 of 2022 with the condition that the petitioners shall deposit the salary drawn by them during their service tenure. Punita Kumari @ Punita Devi deposited her salary but the present petitioner couldn't comply with the order of depositing the salary. Consequently, the order granting bail to the petitioners was recalled vide order dated 23.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 43769 of 2024.

3. The supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25366 of 2025(3) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 shows that the petitioner has deposited the entire salary drawn by her through S.B.I. Bank Demand Draft No. 167561 dated 08.07.2025, amounting to Rs. 1,04,124/-.

4. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 662 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
