Altogether 4 separate show causes have been filed on behalf of the respective opposite parties.

It is informed that the current family pension of the petitioner has already been fixed and so far as the date of fixation of family pension is concerned; the same can only be done by the competent authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits this fact that current family pension has already been fixed but he raises

Patna High Court MJC No.2067 of 2015 (4) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 grievance in respect of the date of fixation of family pension. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the competent authority by filing representation petition and if, she does so, the competent authority shall take decision within a month from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law and rules.
