2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 354 ( B ), 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Ranjan Devi alleged that on 5.3.2020 at around 6 O ' Clock while she was returning home , in the meantime , this petitioner pushed her in field and outraged her modesty and also tried to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No such occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R., has ever taken place . Present F.I.R., has been lodged after delay of 6 days for which there is no plausible explanation . As a matter of fact, father of petitioner has lodged case vide Raghopur P S Case No. 52 of 2020 dated 07.03.2020 against husband of informant and others and in retaliation this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the delay in lodging the F.I.R., , case and counter case , clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Supaul Bihar in connection with Mahila P.S. case No. 20 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section
