The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 159C of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 472 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are immediate agnates and family members of the complainant. They have been implicated in the present case only because they have filed a probate case in which the husband of the complainant had executed certain properties in favour of one Ravi
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43292 of 2014 (3) dt.16-04-2015 Kumar, his own nephew. It is further submitted that the present case is out an out of civil dispute arising out of family affair Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 159C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
