Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh No.1, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Satya Nand Shukla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.
